The Hounds

The Hounds is thoughtfully designed for those travelling with their four-legged companions. Located on the ground floor, this inviting room features its own private entrance and secluded courtyard, offering a peaceful retreat for both guests and pets.

Furnished with a double extra-length bed and a cosy seating area, it also includes a coffee station with a Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a matte-steel, LED-lit shower. As Marrian George’s only pet-friendly room, The Hounds ensures that every guest — human or canine — feels right at home.

Terms and Conditions*
  • Rooms accommodate 2 adults, except for The Avon Suite and George Room, which can accommodate an extra bed for an additional charge of R1250 per night.
  • No children under the age of 14 are allowed.
  • Full payment is required once our cancellation policy takes effect.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of accommodation charges.
  • “No-shows” or early departures will forfeit 100% of the total accommodation cost.
  • Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
  • Rates include a welcome drink, accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking.
